Jean
Jean Galloway:
President & CEO

Jean Galloway’s extensive community relations experience comes from her 35 years of working in the greater Denver community, 13 of which were spent at 9KUSA as vice president, Community Relations. During her three decades-plus in the community, she has developed strong relationships throughout the business, political and nonprofit communities. Jean is passionate about community investment and helping clients build important relationships within the community. Because of her years in the community, Galloway clearly has her “finger on the pulse.” Outside the office, Jean can be found in her Saab racing from one meeting to another, accumulating frequent flyer miles visiting grandchildren Savannah and Asher or spending time in Denver with her grandson, Andrew.

Jean Jeff Steepleton:
Senior VP & COO

Jeff Steepleton began working at Galloway Group in 2001 and has established himself as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.  In addition to managing Galloway Group's operations, Jeff enjoys working with clients to discover the “sweet spot” where business and community objectives overlap – and helping the clients effectively tell this story. He earned his MBA from the University of Denver and his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University. When Jeff isn’t working diligently for clients he’s most likely working on home improvement projects or enjoying time with his wife, Sarah.
